Although Lower Coombe Royal is placed firmly in the heart of the countryside, we are within easy reach of many beaches, the South West Coastal path and Dartmoor. Our enviable location means there are plenty of great activities and days out close by. Lower Coombe Royal is easily accessible – just 20 minutes from the A38, 10 minutes to the award-winning Bantham surfing beach and 10 minutes walk to the beautiful market town of Kingsbridge.

We also welcome dogs! Our previous canine guests have been particularly impressed with the great walks in the gardens, woods and surrounding countryside.

The Coach House

The Coach House is a cosy three bedroom stone cottage which is beautifully furnished, and fully equipped. It offers you peace and tranquility, as well as adventure, in our 8 acres of beautiful gardens and woods. It is located within ten minutes walk of the amenities of Kingsbridge and is a short drive from many beautiful beaches.

The Loft

The Loft is a cosy one bedroom apartment above the garage of the main house, which is beautifully furnished, and fully equipped. It sleeps two in a king size bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the open plan living area. It has its own small garden with a BBQ. Dogs are very welcome.
