Cooking essentials
Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar, Salt & pepper, Tea/coffee/sugar
You'll find some fresh milk in the fridge for that all-important cup of tea on arrival.

Washing Liquid & Fabric softener, Vacuum Cleaner
Linen essentials
Bath towels, Hand towels, Bedding
We do not provide beach towels - please bring your own if you think you'll use them.

Travelling With Children
We understand that travelling with babies and children can often be stressful. We hope that we can reduce this stress, by providing all the extras you could possibly need during your stay – also helping to reduce the amount of luggage you need to bring with you!
The list below details the items we have available. If there is something that you need that isn’t listed, please just ask and we will try to help.
Baby and toddler essentials
Baby and toddler toys, Baby monitor, Bumbo seat, Bouncy chair, Braun hand blender to puree food, Changing mat, High chair with tray, Microwave, Microwave steriliser, Play gym, Plastic crockery, cutlery and cups, Selection of board books
Travel cot with extra mattress/sheet- we ask that you please bring your own sleep sack/blankets etc as you know what your child needs. We do have spares on request.
Older children
Large boxes of Lego and Brio trains, Selection of books for older children, Puzzles and games, Board games and playing cards
Travelling With Dogs
We welcome well behaved dogs to Lower Coombe Royal. With miles of countryside walks on the doorstep and dog-friendly beaches accessible just a short drive away, it’s the perfect holiday base for the whole family – humans and canines! Please note that if you would like to bring your dog, there is an additional charge of £25, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and condition of our properties and want all our guests and their dogs to enjoy their stay. We hope you understand that we have introduced a few rules to help ensure this is the case. We kindly ask that you carefully read the following and agree to the conditions before bringing your dog.
Please:
· Do not leave your dog unattended in the property at any time.
· Do not let your dog inside the property if your pet is wet, sandy or dirty. Please clean and dry your dog before allowing it into the property. We have provided a hose for this purpose (although you do need to bring your own dog towels please).
· Do not use the bath towels to dry your dog.
· Bring your own dog bed. Dogs are not permitted on any of the furniture and they should not go into the bedrooms and on the white bedding! This is very important as some of our guests have allergies.
· Clean up any dog mess from the gardens or woods. We often have children staying at Lower Coombe Royal who enjoy playing carefree in the garden. We have provided bags and a small bin outside for your use.
