The Lawn Apartment has its own secluded entrance, totally private terrace area from which you can step straight out onto the lawns and offers its own private under-cover parking - useful for the hot as well as the damp days!

This apartment is ideal for a family with two children or babies, providing privacy yet comfort for all. The children can also go straight from the terrace on to the lawns to play, while Mum and Dad read and relax on the terrace within eye sight! The terrace has its own fence and gate, so with toddlers and babies they can play safely without wandering too far.

The main dimensions of the rooms can be seen from the floor-plans . The Master Bedroom with an en-suite shower room faces south west overlooking the ponds. It has an antique English oak double bed with Hypnos mattress measuring 195cm long and 137cm wide, complimented by a French antique walnut wardrobe.

The second bedroom has a pair of wooden single beds and has ample space to accommodate up to two cots instead if required. The main bathroom serves this room and has both a bath and shower with under floor heating.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with seating for four. In the sitting room, there are two comfortable sofas for relaxing in, a 23'' flat screen television with Freesat Sky and DVD. A Hi Fi and iPod station are available for those who prefer tunes to vision!
