The Lawn Apartment has its own secluded entrance, totally private terrace area from which you can step straight out onto the lawns and its own private under-cover parking - useful for the hot as well as the cold days!

This apartment is ideal for a family with two children, providing privacy yet comfort for all. The children can also go straight form the terrace on to the lawns to play, while Mum and Dad read the relax on the terrace within eye sight! The terrace has its own fence and gates, so with toddlers they can play safely on the terrace without wandering too far.

The main dimensions of the rooms can be seen from the floor-plans . The Master Bedroom with an en-suite shower room faces south-west overlooking the ponds and has an antique English oak double bed with Hypnos mattress measuring 195cm long and 137cm wide, and a French antique walnut wardrobe.

The second bedroom has a magnificent pair of Belgian antique walnut single beds which can (if you ask us) be fitted together to form another double bed, 200cm long and 174cm wide. Combined with the Sanderson wallpaper this room has a sumptuous feel. The main bathroom serves this room which has both a bath and shower with under floor heating.

In the fully equipped kitchen you will find Neff cooking products, Franke sink and taps and Bosch fridge, freezer and dishwasher, finished with a granite work top. A dedicated washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry area close to the accommodation.

To relax, there is a dining area with seating for four in comfort. In the sitting room, there is a comfortable sofa and chairs for relaxing in conversation or if you must, there is a 23'' flat screen television with Freesat Sky and DVD. A Hi Fi will be there too for those who prefer noise to vision! The wood burning stove will gently warm you in the winter months.

Finally, throw open the door and stretch out on the terrace. The garden furniture and Barbeque will keep you happy in the summer and even in the spring and autumn.
