Where we can, we use and supply organic products and produce. However, it is often more sustainable and a better carbon footprint is we purchase locally. The items that are organic are fairly numerous: mattresses, throws, bed linen, towels, toiletries, some hamper food products, our own vegetable and fruits grown by our gardener Rose and of course our extensive gardens!
