From Totnes:

Take the A381 to Kingsbridge via Halwell and Harbertonford. At Totnes Cross (BP garage on left) continue on, following a right hand bend, to Kingsbridge. At Stumpypost Cross (a roundabout) turn right. At Sorely Green Cross, turn left down the hill towards Kingsbridge. At the bottom of the hill, there are two 30 miles an hour speed signs. Turn right immediately before these signs into our drive. Pass through the stone posts and over a cattle grid and follow the drive down through the gardens to the parking area for your accommodation.

From A38:

Turn off onto the A3121, signposted Modbury and Ermington, and then Loddiswell. (Just before this slip road, on the other side of the dual carriageway is a Shell garage). Turn left at top of slip road towards Loddiswell. Straight on at the next crossroads (Kitterford Cross), again towards Loddiswell. Do not take the right turn signposted to Kingsbridge. Follow this road until you reach California Cross, California Cross pub is on the right and BP garage on the left. Take the left after the BP garage, signposted to Loddiswell. Continue through Loddiswell via Sorley to Kingsbridge. Straight on at Sorely Green Cross, down the hill towards Kingsbridge. At the bottom of the hill there are two 30 miles per hour speed signs. Turn right immediately before these signs into our drive. Pass through the stone posts and over a cattle grid and follow the drive down through the gardens, to the parking area for your accommodation.

PLEASE NOTE:
Most Sat Nav’s will take you to Combe Royal, located north of us and before you reach Lower Coombe Royal. It also has an electric gate and has caused some confusion for previous guests. So please continue down the road towards Kingsbridge, we are a few minutes away from Combe Royal and look out for the 30 MPH speed signs before turning right into our drive.
