They all share the wonderful surroundings that make staying at Lower Coombe Royal feel so special.

From the moment you enter our grounds through the wrought iron gates and make your way up the long drive, the peace and tranquility are immediately apparent. As you emerge from the drive, there is a hint of the beautiful gardens. Then the magnificent Edwardian house and the quaint Coach House come into view. It’s just breathtaking.

However, we are not stuck in the past. All our accommodation has been designed with your comfort in mind, so there are fitted kitchens with integrated appliances and bathrooms with under-floor heating, as well as elegant décor and Vanessa Arbuthnott soft-furnishings. The beds come with Hypnos mattresses and pure organic cotton bed linen. Soft organic cotton towels and complimentary natural toiletries complete the picture. Each property also has a private terrace with garden furniture for al fresco dining.

For families with young children, we also have stair gates, high/toddler chairs and cots, as well as lots of other essential baby equipment.

For all our guests’ comfort, smoking is not allowed inside the properties and we accept dogs (incurs an extra charge) in all properties accept the Coach House.
